I think that may be a jeton / brass counter. Probably made in Germany and depicting Queen Caroline - wife of King George II of Great Britain. The reverse with the sun over the tree is used in a lot of different jeton designs and the obverse looks a lot like this commemorative of her coronation in 1727. Though the legend is a bit different.
