I found a coin or token while metal detecting a 1886 stone house in chester county, Pa.
It is made of copper, it has 16 stars on the outside edge that circle around crosshatching
The other side has the crosshatching around the outside then 16 small stars around one large star which is in the center. It is larger then a nickel but smaller then a quarter
It was around 8" deep near the edge of a back road. It's in great shape.
I will post pics as soon as I can
Any ideas what it is?

Yes, I figured too that it was a token, but would love a little more info on what kind and the year.
Sorry pics aren't that good, and I have never been much of a camera buff and never could take
Pictures with any kind of camera and I use a Nikon.digital.

Since it has no identifying wording, I'd suggest it is a spiel mark / jeton / game counter type of thing.
