First seated and a foot over I get another hit . I pop the pug and in the sidewall three inches down is a standing liberty quarter on edge . I scraped the reverse a bit but the equinox told me it was there in park one . I am happy with that .Not in the pic 04-07 IHP some wheats . Not one modern coin today and no junk at all . Solid day for the equinox . 1891.jpeg

What a day. Congrats on the silver and others.:icon_thumright:

Seated, barber, standing, and merc all in one hunt...

Cant complain about that! :hello2:

Dime trifecta! Sweet haul of silver.

Way to go 42 Merc!!! Congratulations sir!!! "D"

NO junk??? What a spot!!!! I'd go back and dig everything left, "trash" signal or not.

I did not dig any junk . Not like when I go with the deus . I dig plenty of junk then . Deep rust and bottle caps . If the equinox said it was a coin it was a coin .

Congratualtions on the Dime Trifecta! :occasion14:

Some beautiful silver coin finds. Congratulations

Nice work. I did some beach hunting yesterday and found THREE coins standing on edge (all recent drops from the 4th of July). They were all standing perfectly on edge in the dry sand and the Equinox hit on every one. Even switched between beach 1 and beach 2 just out of curiosity when I came across them. No issues.

Very nice finds, congrats! I vacationed in SD this past week and could feel there was good stuff out there to find.

That is why site selection is more important than detector selection. Congrats. I have not found the stark difference between Deus and Equinox you have found on land. Equinox on a wet salt sand beach, though, no contest.
