Coin? Medal? Standing on someone?

Got at an estate sale with a bunch of foreign coins. The person had passed so they knew nothing of it either. Also came with a medallion of some sort and in Italian says Memory of my confirmation and shows someone being hung (these are some dark things!) any help would be great!

That does help a lot! They do seem similar, just now on a mission to see if I can find that exact one.

See, I have been trying to match the exact coin and after someone said token I found ones like it but not the exact one. I really just want to know if it is worth anything before I sell it off as a lot with some other coins haha.

I tried looking on there for information. Do you have a link? The hard part is figuring out of it is actually ancient or a modern reproduction :-/ never had problems with foreign coins but medals and tokens not so much!

Has some age, but is modern and I don't think it's a reproduction of anything. Just has an ancient type design.
