Looks to be a copper 1 cent coin from the Netherlands. Tough to get a solid ID in that state, but the below reverse was used from 1817-1877 and looks to be pretty close in type:

Paleo, Thank you for the ID! I checked closely with a microscope and was able to confirm details with your example.
Both front and back pictured, found in Green Bay WI., in an area with lots of Dutch.
