The coin was minted in Paris, as noted by the "A" to the right of the date.

Already identified, but...

I looked in my 1966 "Coins of the World 1750-1850" by William Craig
and he has a French Colonies Charles X 10 Centimes 1829 which
looks like this coin.

This guy has one for sale on November 3, 2009
