That first Ebay link, is "the same" coin. Not only that, its the same pictures !!

Doh. Edit : Make that all 3 instances. Both links, plus the pictures in this post... All same coin, same
pictures LOL

Your right, same coin and same pic. But the poster is in PA and the coin is listed as being in FL.

fyrfighter,

Did you FIND this coin, or purchase it, or neither?

actually bought it from one of those listed my ebay name is njs4488 the pics are the actual coin but the guy I got it from did not have a lot of info

It's a 10 Kreutzer silver coin from Bayern in Germany--reign of Emperor Maximillian III Josef (the big "10" at the bottom between the numerals of the date identifies its denomination).

These were minted for roughly 30 years in the mid to late 1700's.  On the obverse, you see the letters "D . G . MAX . IOS . U . B . & P . S . D . C . P . R . S . R . I . A . & E . L . L ." which is an abbreviation meaning "By the grace of God Maximillian Josef, duke of both Bavaria (and Prussia?), Grand Treasurer and Elector" or something like that. The last part might mean "was elected," but you get the idea.

I agree with Buckle:
Bavarian; Max. III. The abbreviated Latin legend stands for 'By the grace of God, Maximilian Joseph, Duke of both Bavarias, Archdapifer and Elector of the Holy Roman Empire, Landgrave of Leuchtenberg.'
Maximilian III was Elector of Bavaria 1745-77.
Don.....
