Whites M6, Whites Pulse Diver, ETRAC.
Long shot, but first do you think this is a coin?
Second if so from the size and minimal marking what do you think it is?
Seems like there is a corrosion spot on one side.
There is a piece obviously broken off, and it does not seem perfectly round, so probably not machine made.
Seems to have an image of a persons head on one side. :dontknow:
Any guesses? :-\
These finds drive me nuts.

With the bust that far right it could be a William and Mary Halfpenny, but probably not enough there to ever say for sure.

I had the same thought, & you can see the second head, just. This one is solved. :icon_thumright:

Does anyone know what the dimensions for the Willam and Marry Halfpenny are?

That US quarter has a diameter of 24.3 MM and it is noticably larger than the subject coin. If the smaller subject coin is the 'British coin' of 28 MM, then something is fishy. IP, what would be another choice?

I wasn't paying close enough attention to the pics, so same answer, just a Farthing.

My coin acctually looks more like the farthing. Mary's profile is closer to the edge of the coin. The halfpenny has a larger gap between the edge and profile of Mary's face. :icon_thumleft:
