Looks like a 50 rials from Iran, with a date of 1367.

Further checking indicates that Iran switched to their own solar calendar in 1925, with such dates designated as SH (year). This was later abandoned for a time, but then restored in 1978. The Standard Catalog of World Coins equates the SH 1367 date on this coin to our own year 1988.

The metal is a copper-nickel alloy.

The coin is valued at $4.50 in Extremely Fine condition. No prices cited for lower grades.

Yes, that's the date in the next to last photo that you posted. Again, it appears to be the Iranian year SH 1367, which, according to the SCWC, is the same as our 1988.
