Looks like a 50 rials from Iran, with a date of 1367.
Further checking indicates that Iran switched to their own solar calendar in 1925, with such dates designated as SH (year). This was later abandoned for a time, but then restored in 1978. The Standard Catalog of World Coins equates the SH 1367 date on this coin to our own year 1988.
The metal is a copper-nickel alloy.
The coin is valued at $4.50 in Extremely Fine condition. No prices cited for lower grades.
