Looks like a 25 satang (1/4 baht) of Thailand, c. 1957. Aluminum-bronze alloy. Mintage: 620,480,000.

Latest edition (2007) of the Standard Catalog of World Coins, 1901-2000 lists it at 10-15¢ in Very Fine to Extremely Fine condition; uncirculated, 25¢.

However, the one shown in the photo that I posted is currently on offer for $1.49 on eBay:
