Found this near a 200 yr old tree, but no front or back markings at all! I think its made of copper or bronse? With its dark green patina. It is near perfect in shape with 4 opposite bumps on each edge and xxxxx's? Stamped on two sides.... I have no ideas from Google on what this is?

That looks like an electrical box knockout, it is removed from the box to insert the conduit pipe.

It is an older one that they made from a thicker gage sheetmetal, and those marks are perforations so the knockout can be bent and broken off.

bet ya the xxxx was made with either a vise or a pair of pliers! I am leaning toward pliers because my dad told me thats how electricians took them out of fuse boxes! I found a brass slug like that as well
