Just the bottle opener attached to it that says Coke on it is a collector item. I believe they go for around fifty bucks.

Re: Coca~Cola "Machine" Expert Needed

The 1934 Coca-Cola Bottler listed five different machines in the Westinghouse line- Junior Ice, Standard Ice, Master Ice, Standard Electric and Master Electric. All of these machines were somewhat similar in appearance, with the increased capacity from Junior to Master the main difference. Not only was capacity increased but so was the height of the cooler. Now they could hold the tallest beverage bottle currently being use at that time. The electric version of these coolers, using a Westinghouse compressor, kept the Coke cooled and automatically controlled under 40 degrees. The unit worked well and used the same amount of electricity as a "lightbulb." Many can be found working as well today as they were back in the 40's and 50's. This line of coolers continued for a number of years with only slight modifications. The Giant was added in the late 30's to provide an even larger supply of Coca-Cola.

The 40's produced another line of highly successful machines from Westinghouse. Instead of names such as Junior and Standard, the bright red coolers were now labeled WD-5, WD-10, WD-20, WE-6 and WE-10. Again, as before, the main difference was size enabling the cooler to be put in all kinds of stores, clubs, garages, etc.

My grandad use to run a little Mom and Pop neighborhood grocery. He had a pop cooler like that only his had RC Cola on it. It had to be filled with ice and water but the pop was always icy cold. Oh and it only cost 6 cents a bottle with a 2 cent deposit on the bottle if you took it with you. Monty

Yes that is the master. the standard is much smaller. The junior sells for about 6-700$ so im guessing yours would be well over 1000$. I have the bottle opener but not the cooler.

I was talking about after restoration but was just guessing and my guess is probably low. You can find many junior models online priced at about 700$. If i was you i would contact the people at link I provided in last post, there is a place to upload pic to them ,they can probably give you a good idea on what its worth before and after restoration and price for professional restoration. Considering the lack of pics online of the master model I think they must b rare but Again just my guess. Here is another link about the standard model and the price of before and after restoration. If you were closer id make you an offer it would make a real nice beer cooler for the garage.

Lol, that was the first thing I thought of. A friend of mine years ago restored on of the old coke machines with the little glass door and stocked it with Long Neck Bees. Best Soda machine ever.

Any holes rusted through? I bet it would look a lot better if you changed the opener on the side. Nice find. I hope you make a few bucks. :icon_thumright:
