Cobalt bottle w/eye

Obtained this bottle in a collection, stands approximately 4-1/2 inches tall. There is an eye with streaks coming out of it, letter on top is R, below is L, left side of O, ride side is Co. Any information on this, and its approximate value would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
