Coat of arms?

Found this in a dry creek bed in north Florida. I also found several pieces of pottery in the same are. There were several Spanish mission sites here in the 1700's. it was also occupied by the English for a bit. To me this looks like 3 overlapping flags in the shape of sword blades. I can see two symbols that appear to be deer heads. If anyone has any idea what it might be please fill me in. Thanks.
