A quick thank you to all the members on this forum, I keep finding stuff and know absolutely nothing about what they are.

Tried dirt fishing in the rain and got this 2 minutes into my adventure, I had no luck in finding anything on what it is or even what the company is. There is a faint stamped marking that I tried to draw with my wonderful art skills. There is the word traded in front of the arrow and what looks like "MA" at the end of the arrow but it is really hard to see.

The lozenge with an arrow through it logo is that of the Gillette Company. What you found is a blade-dispenser for their razors.

Addition: That logo first appeared in 1908

I use this type of blade for my lame. The dispenser today is still similar in appearance.

The "ILL" were so bunched together they looked like an "M". In my defense, I use an electric razor, boy do I feel silly

No reason to feel silly. The world is full of objects you may not recognise unless you happen to have seen one before.
