Agreed, Quartz crystal (pointed) cluster.. Very nice find. Not many know that clusters like this can simply be grow right out of the ground.. often covered with leaves etc.. sometimes hard to see or even find.. Just wondering did you have to dig very hard to find this?.. or was it optained via a slucing operation?..

As for cleaning.. I use dawn foam and a tooth brush.. or if you really want to get deep.. allow it to soak in warm water then brush. do this for several weeks.. Rust stains etc may not come clean so you may have to deal with soem slight areas of impurites.

thanks for the cleaning tip and when i found it part of it was sticking out of the ground so it wasnt to hard a dig
