Clothes Mentor Sterling Ring Pick Help

I picked up the sterling silver ring from Clothes mentor for six dollars. It appears to be a white and black drusy agate. It is marked what appears to be a JA and 925 on the inside and on the outside has a impressed scorpion Mark. Does anyone recognize this maker? I know it's not James Avery.

it is definitely a scorpion. It is also a modern Mark. Seems to be a quality piece I wish there was a better way we could find out makers Marks.
