I am really interested in the buckle thing, below are close up photos of the top and bottom of it.

The longer post (or whatever it is) on the top side dos'nt move but the little one on the back side does, it looks like it was longer and broke off and it is hard to tell in the photo but if you look at it it looks like the top and bottom squares and the row of squares on the left side were made together and the row of squares on the right were welded on as an after thought.

Looks like a ladies fashion buckle. Maybe art deco era
