Cloisonne Vase ID?

picked this up for 3$. no idea how to date these. looked around online a bit but didnt find anything too informative. any Cloisonne Vase experts dwelling around here?

i emailed a oriental art dealer in denver, they said its a 1930s - 1940s chinese cloisonne vase. if it did not have the dent its estimated value would be around 400$. with the dent its value is around 60$.

Love it! I buy cloisonne almost every time I see it. The dent really is a bummer, but it's still a beautiful piece. Hold on to it, asian antiques are doing great
