clips

while searching near a building found some boxes thrown out and piled up so i swept over the boxes with my detector and figured at first beer cans so i kicked the box and out spilled these gun clips there wasnt a gun show in weeks there i put all the clips back in the plastic bag and total weight is about 15lbs. they must off thrown them out on purpose.the person who identifies these clips gets one of each sent to them FREE!!!!

can you add some dimensions of the clips.

The bottom pic looks similar to a model 1911-a1 clip .45cal or some sort of 9mm, but it hard to tell size.

Are there any markings on them ??


Hey if they fit any of the guns I have, I'll buy some off of you....lol

I changed my mind

I think they are both .22cal clips The smal one is .22LR (longrifle) the other maybe a .22 Magnum clip (maybe from a AMT automag)

The small one could be from any number of guns Maybe A Jennings or beretta ??

The big clip is 4 3/4" tall x 1 1/2" wide does not hold a 9mm or 45 just a little smaller.
The little clip is 4 3/8" tall x 1 1/8" wide and holds 8 rds. of 380acp.
there are no markings on any of the clips except for price stickers.

I went back and spoke with the maint.crew there and they said keep-em it happens all the time vendors dont sell there items and throw them out with there trash. one of them showed me some gun stalks and a box of misc. screws/gun parts he dug from the trashcan.

The big clips look like my Sig P225 magazines, which is 9mm.
Too bad they weren't for 9mm...I am needing a few.

If they are unmarked, that could be why they were dumped. It's easier for a dealer to sell clips when the KNOW what guns they go to.

I beleive the small clips fit a MAKAROV 9X18 OR .380 ACP CLIP BULGARIAN MFG 8 RD and the large clips fit a CZ52 8 ROUND MAGAZINES ORIGINALS 7.62X25 found some pics online that look identical.
