Cleaning round Patent Dates

Does anyone know what patent dates belong to the different Williams cleaning rounds. It will help me establish a possible date for an un documented battle site. Thanks for any info.

The type 1 patent was issued May 13, 1862. Type 2 was issued December 9 1862. However the type 1 was invented in 1861 and the type 2 patent was applied for in February 1862. Here is an interesting read on the subject. I learned something new from it. The Williams patents were not intended to be "cleaners" but instead a more accurate bullet that eliminated windage.
