Why was Classifieds changed to Charter member participation only ??

I would love to be a Charter member again.. BUT, I do not have paypal.... The Forums only accepted means of payment.


How about a classified section for us longtime proven honest members..... say two years or longer as a member...... participate at your own risk.....
