Clad to be hunting!

Ugh!! Today, we got about 2 inches of snow in N. Massachusetts, and I fear that the end of the hunting season may be here.

Since I have had my new MD (three weeks), I have put in 15 hours of MDing- yes, I keep a log

Found $6.80 in clad, tons of trash, one IH, 9 wheaties, and these other odds and ends pictured below. (not pictured is an odd, heavy piece of some metal I have listed in the "what is it" forum).

It is funny, but I actually enjoy finding keys. The thoughts run through my head each time- did they have a spare? Was it an unpleasant break up?

Now I get to spend the winter picking out a new detector. I am tired of digging two inches into the ground, and my fiance wants to detect, too... She gets the Tracker IV for now, and I have to decide between a DFX or an Explorer SE.

May we all find a few thawed days this winter to hunt!
