Clad count!

Counted up all of my clad that i have found so far in the past 3 months today. I have about $11.00 (3 dollars i found today). I need a coin tumbler. Anyone know of a site where i could order a cheap one? (no more than 50 dollars) Thanks for looking.

Great job!! I got a tumbler pretty cheap from Harbor Freight Tools.They have a dual drum tumbler $ 39.99.

I was gonna suggest Harbor Freight also, a couple months ago they had the single drum for $20. I picked up one on ebay for $1.99! (the shipping was $10 though)

Ebay is the best place to get anything cheaply.

I spend all my dirty clad as-is. I try and mix in good looking coins so it doesn't look like I'm doing it on purpose. LOL

That, and I put it in the self-serve machines they have at grocery stores these days.

You're on your way there...i recently counted my clad and got just under 80.00!!! However, i have been MD'ing every day with a garret 750.

I used to spend my change I found. But have been saving all of it for the last year so far. I have one pickle jar and 3 olive jars full. I need to count it soon, me and the wife are betting how much is there.

Haven't thought of prize for the winner though.

I supose i could just roll up all the coins and spend em that way so no one notices the half pennys and 2/3 zinc pennies i am spending. Or maybe il get a tumbler from ebay, im not sure yet. Or maybe il just save all the coins for a year! Humm.... Thanks everyone for the ideas.

I kust throw them all in a 5 gallon bucket. Maybe one day I will change it in somewhere, but until then it's just a bucker of dirty money. I've heard of one local person that takes his clad to the post office and sticks it all in the stamp vending machine and then buys one stamp and then it cashes out the rest in dollar coins.
