Civil War Token Found on Sunday

I found this yesterday morning at one of my spots that I have hit many times before. The front is very hard to read but the date is 1863 and the back reads as follows "J.F. Resta Cincinnati, OH Sausage Maker. If anyone can give me some information on this it would be appreciated.
