Found these items today near Bennington, Vermont. One looks like it may be a cannon ball, but i'm not sure how old it is or what type it is. It also looks like it has a slight wooden ring around it (or used to have one). One item looks suspiciously like a sword. It also looks like it may have a metal sheath and the real sword would be under the rust. Whatever you can tell me would be great!

Thanks!

Probably need some dimensions in order to figure out what this stuff is. I feel confident that one item is a dirty blue shirt.

The cannon ball is .56 kg (559 grams) and has a diameter of exactly 2 inches. The sword is 1 and a half inches wide and 24 and a half inches long.

I think you have junk CW artifacts except the ball might be a good one. I'm going on condition (no hilt "pummel, guard cross, grip handle"), valuable indicators though. It doesn't take an expert to come to that conclusion.

Ball looks cool, the other are in nice used sitting around condition have no idea but could very well be a sword,
