They all should be focused. .54 caliber, 2 ring, about 350 grains

At this point, before (hopefully) better pics of the bullet get posted... based on its reported diameter, weight, and "look" in the photo, my best guess is a US .54 Burnside Carbine bullet which has been heavily eroded by acidic swamp type soil, or some other highly acidic environment.

What part of the country was it found in, was there Civil War activity in the area?
