Civil War Period Pocket Watch?

Found this today in an area that has been cleared for new construction. It also happens to be where a civil war battle took place. Any idea on the age of this watch?

I can read partial inscriptions:

"...Jewels ....Adjustments"
"O.Main's......Swiss"

It sure looks like it could be that old. I see some writing on it that is partially obscured by rust cleaning that I could definitely help narrow down the age if you can read the inscription

Got a response back already from oldwatch.com. Great bunch of guys.

"The winding mechanism makes the watch much later….

All Civil War watches were wound and set with a key.

1870s when winding without a key was invented…

It looks like a watch from the 20th century…"
