✅ SOLVED Civil war nap-sac item or not?

I found this item on Sunday where I have hunted before. I found an 1840 dime before and on Sunday my brother found an 1860 IHP. I found two 1863 IHPS. Does anyone know what this item is if it’s not Civil War related? Thanks for looking and all your help.

Thank you guys so much, I found a smaller hook before, but it didn’t have the D on it. I assume is is Civil war time period as well. Thanks for the knowledge and quick ID.
