civil war items / metal?

hello t,net members found these two pieces at two sites same field,the anchor looking thing looks like it has the same anchor design as the ,ridgeway civil war button from federal navy,the metal says indianapolis, i have posted these some time back so ill try again getting some imfo. thanks
