On the back of it I can read BROTHERS...
If any one know anything on the other two I found today, I would love the free education.
The smaller one says CROWN BRAND.
Thanks in advance, this group has been an amazing help.

I can read Rogers Brothers Phil on the back. It predates the civil war by 30 years or so, based on the construction of it. I don't know if there is or isn't a connection to the silverware company.
The "button" with the crossbar is a hem/curtain weight.
The small Crown Brand button (rivet) is from work clothes (overalls) from around the 1930's.

Wow, thank you so much! Except for the curtain weight, would it have a L pattern cut into it, like this one does? Not to disrespect your genius, just seems odd.

There's always room for me to be wrong, so I don't mind the follow up question. There were some buttons made with a similar construction that someone once posted here. Maybe its one of those, anybody? If I remember, they tended to be gilt and fancier though.

Definitely a curtain/hem weight. Someone was messing around with it out of boredom after that. Kids used to use them for play money I have found them in a stash with other coin like objects

sent from my computer by frantically poking at the keyboard with a single finger
