Unless there were only 13 states during the civil war that isn't a civil war flag.most likely a repro of a revolutionary war flag,if that.

Style commonly referred to as the "Betsy Ross" flag. Stitching looks machine done, so not real old. Flags like this are used as garden flags and decorative flags today.

That design was used from 1777-1795, the Civil War was 1861-1865

A nice looking 'Revolutionary War' replica flag. :thumbsup:

As the others have already mentioned, machine sewn... possibly produced for 1976 US Bicentennial celebration.
