I found these at a CW Camp Today and not really for sure of their use. The one piece reminds me of some sort of knife/saber handguard, but not for sure. It is made of heavy brass and the hole for inserting a blade or mounting something is oval shape and almost big enough you can slide a pencil through. the two chains are interesting as the smaller i Would think is part of a bracelet.
any help would be apprieciated and Happy Holidays

The three big rings are used as a drag chain on seed planters. Still in use today.

The small square link chain could possibly be a light duty drive chain, timing something, like seeds out of a planter, something like that. I'm trying to think of what that hook might have been used for in conjunction with horse harness, and so far I'm coming up blank.
