Civil War era bullet or something else?

Hello,

I'm new to MD and went out to a permission in a rural part of northern IL. I found what I think is a 3 -ringer civil war era bullet, but all the examples of them I've seen online don't have the vertical bands that go down the sides over the 3-rings. It also didn't have any manufacturing mark on the inside.

Anyone have an idea on what type this is or how old it might be?

Thanks

The vertical bands are from the rifling grooves that were cut when it was fired.
