Oh my aching back ;D I know that had to be pleasurable and enjoyable work.
When you find goodies like that it's called fun.
Very nice collection.

I'm not jealous...I'm not jealous...I'm not jealous...OK, I'm jealous!

Congrats on your finds. I rarely make New Years Resolutions but one of my MD'ing goals for 2006 is to find a CW belt buckle.

Keep us posted on how you do this year!

Seeing all those bullets made me think and that is not good!! Just think of this. Each bullet meant a complete prep of the rifle and fire again. What a picture that must of been to see. I am sure they didn't come from the same place but still that is alot of bullets.
Sorry just blew my mind. Congrats on a great year!!!Stan

Wow great finds...................

What is that buckle looking thing in the top left corner of the top picture.

Thanks

Kermit

Hey, tsgman, you've had a banner year. Are all minieballs hollow like that? What is that object at the top of your second post? The thingy with the rectangular holes?

Good luck in 2006.

Tsgman, All Kidding Aside You Have Done Very Well For Your Self. I Would Be Honored To Hunt With You Any Time. If You Ever Make It Down Here Art & I Will Put You On To Some very Productive CW sites , That have been alot of fun for us. Best of Luck Always. JOHN... 8) Bring My Namesake With You...

I was informed that is was attached to a 1851 Union sword belt plate!

Hey ozark
You are a busy guy digging relics!
I believe this went with the Union regulation 1851 sword belt plate. These were often serial numbered on the plate and keeper.
