Civil War camp finds today

I've been hunting this civil war camp site thats been gone over a lot, but i managed another bullet........a .69 caliber 3 ringer

Awesome finds Johnny!! Man, I wish I had of MD'd when I lived in Chaffee near Cape. So many places i've remembered that I should have hunted!

Can you imagine how destructive a .69 caliber bullet wound would have been? The damage to bone and flesh accounts for the enormous number of amputations that took place during the CW. Well, that and the ensuing infection.

Your finds are more proof that no place is ever totally hunted out. WTG.
