My friends and I were in the woods this weekend and found a hillside full of iron and buttons. Only found one bullet. Maybe it has been picked over in the past, most of the buttons were very deep in the ground.

2Q34 (11).jpg 20171126_150534.jpg Todays finds, not as great as yesterday. But it shows what I missed.

20171126_150420.jpg My total, not too bad. We had a good time as usual.

Nice hunt! Wish my buttons came out of the ground in that shape. Glad to see you having success.

Very nice buttons.....I would love to find a spot with a 6 to 1 button to bullet ratio. I hope it keeps producing for you.--JB

Really nice stuff, especially all of the buttons. Congrats on the excellent hunt.

Congratulations!!! Glad you still can find more buttons from that little hillside this morning, wish I could be there too.... Next Saturday....... can't wait to go digging.
