Civil war bulletts or not

Found this bullet and I am not sure if it is Civil war or not. I was leaning no, but the base has me confused about that. Thank you all for your interest. The three ring bullet is .945 long and .503 in diameter. the pistol bullet is .680 long and .453 in diameter. I believe that three ringer is a cleaner perhaps, but I'll defer to the authorities on the forum for a final answer.

The .44 caliber may be a Colt pistol bullet, but also deferring to the forum.
 

My thinking is the large bullet is not civil war, but likely a more modern cast muzzle loader bullet. Not 100% sure though, just my best guess. The pistol bullet is likely a cast bullet for 45ACP.
