Ok so the first I'm fairly sure it's not. It has rifling marks but I'm a noob so idk on that for sure. The second is the biggest of the 3 and is large and I'm pretty sure that's civil war. Has two notches for a small scattered shot I think but might be to big for that. The other is crushed and smaller but still looks like a civil war bullet. A round ball. All of these were found at a know confederate site. Any help would be appreciated.

IMO
You are correct on the first bullet , I like to find old bullets that are still in nice shape like that one.
Location found will answer your Question on the Round Ball's ; IMO if they were found in a Known Civil War area & tho fired they are "IMO" again lol, 85% Civil war era , especially if from a Skirmish or battle site.

Keep em coming .
What state did you find these ; if u don't mind.

#1 could be Civil War. We would need very precise measurements to tell you more. #2 is certainly a musket ball. If found in a CW area you are safe to make the assumption - but round balls have been used for hunting and fighting from the beginning of firearms right up to the Civil War and beyond. #3 looks like split shot for fishing line.

Keep digging!

Number 1 looks like a full metal jacket ACP bullet to me.
