Yesterday started out rough, but it ended up turning out ok. A buddy and i spent our first 5 hours or so going over sections of a 250 acre we've hit before, but wanted to try the sections we hadnt gone over. All i managed was a .69 caliber roundball, and my very first heel plate. An hour before dark we bolted for another field, and just like most trips i start finding stuff before dark. I ended up with a Spencer, and about 9 Colt pistol bullets in that hour

I know, right? Some people go as far as a celebrity name AND a movie star avatar. Crazy! :laughing7:

Nice heel plate!

Nice score !

That's quite an elaborate heel plate.....I've never seen one like that. Some nice bullets. Noticed you are from Missouri. I just found out about a week ago I had three Great Great Uncles that moved from here in Tennessee and went to Missouri. All three were in the Third Batallion Missouri Cavalry, CSA.
