Civil war box plate , cut colonial silver , old ring and more out old house site

Received a call from a landowner in Central VA who was clearing some land and said she found a foundation and cemetery and asked if I wanted to metal detect it as she felt it was old....but knew nothing about(umm yep I’m interested!!).I offered to split any finds with her she said she has no interest keep everything unless it’s a huge gold bar!! Sure enough there was a huge brick foundation and other smaller rock foundations when I arrived . First signal of the day hit the 1839 large cent!!!! Second signal right off the existing driveway and near foundation was a slamming 85 hit. Assumed it was a can being next to the driveway I was shocked when the US box plate popped out just 3 inches down. I knew this was an untouched site and put in 3 hours until dark and had quite the day with an assortment of period relics including cut silver which I love . Been in a one year drought without a plate after average 5 a year for last 5 years so an amazing way to end year. Site is 20 acres so should have plenty more as it’s virgin ground.
