Looks like agate. (same thing basically as chaceldony.)I found these a week ago and thought they looked very similar. These were found in SD. Also not sure what they are.
I think it's glass. Chalcedony (quartz) would have scratched the quartz. Remember, like scratches like; therefore, it can't be chalcedony. If it were chalcedony though, it is extremely high quality with that translucency. It's beautiful regardless.
