Christmas Day seated quarter!!!

Hi guys I know I don't post much but Were moving to an 1850s farm so we've been packing a lot. I woke up on Christmas day and opened my presents and got some awesome things But I was itching to go hunt. I finished Christmas stuff and then just went over to an old field that I have detected before right next to my house. I wasn't expecting to find anything but I decided to go to a part of the field I've never detected before. I was walking along and all of a sudden I tripped over a 29 signal on the nox. It was about 4 inches deep and when it popped out I was so excited. I had no idea what it could be and then when I wiped off the mud it was a seated quarter!!!! My first ever seated coin. This thing is beautiful!!! I'm wondering what grade you guys think it could be?

Hard to give an accurate grade by your photos, but, IMO, It would probably grade XF40. Value would depend on a closer inspection and detractions for scratches and obvious cleaning evidence. Nice looking coin!
