Not sure what’s the history of the find, water possibly? I’ve found 2 Celts in creeks. Maybe someone else will know for sure. Could be a sharpening stone but idk for sure could be natural.

Near a river, yes. Probably natural, but one side is worn flat so maybe sharpening stone. Thanks.

Roller Pestles can be flat on one side. Not saying it is but put it in the maybe pile or in the flowerbeds until you know for sure. I have a big pestle in my bushes. Too big for inside and nobody even knows they think it’s a rock
