Chinese coin found in dirt lot

Found this today in a dirt lot. An old house sat there before it was torn down due to a fire. Came up as a 12-33 on the etrac, 4" deep. My first Chinese coin. Did some research and came up with this.

There is as well as an area called "china town". Think some of the dirt was fill dirt from there
