Chinese Carving ID

We got this at a garage sale 5 years ago . We took it off the wall to get the dust off it and noticed Chinese marks on the back . It's all made out of one piece of wood . There is some slight damage (missing leg,etc.) Any info on age or what the marks mean ? Thanks !

If you cannot read properly, try using Unicode UTF-8 as I have Chinese typing here.

I am a Chinese in Hong Kong. I do not have knowledge in antiques.

The first three identical words " 坯 " means unfinished product/ semi product.
( just like pottery , not yet made to final shape-- that is 坯 )

The last single word is " 文"
It should mean already crafted
actually, the proper wording should be "紋",
the above "文" is somehow a simple form.

Good items should not have these kind of stampings.

The item should be made with redwood. Good wood. However, we have a lot of these kinds of articles in China. Both modern and old. Good looking and not expensive.
