Childs silver (?) ring-how old?

Found this today at an old ford. It appears to be silver but has no markings. Unusual design-I was wondering if any of you have arough idea how old it is? Pre-1900 possibly? Thanks

I think it was made in the later 19th century and sure looks like solid silver to me. Nice find.

Very nice DND. Certainly silver and hand engraved. Maybe early 1900s... I believe it's older... middle 1800s or so.

As you can see by my avatar, I am an old Ford guy, so initially when I saw the post, I thought that you meant you found it in an "old Ford car"...
