Thought id post this as I thought this was a really cool relic. I didnt find this but a friend of mine brought it by he found it laying ontop of the ground on his property in Dale City . I tried to research it but most of my searches have run into dead ends. I figured out that the Loyal Orange Lodge originated in Ireland and then branched from there . As for my search I searched the Rose City lodges and dead in and on the back it does have a makers mark which is WHITE STAMP & SEAL CO , Oregon . But couldnt even find information on the maker either . I know the date 1688 - 91 was the year the order started and it also has the date of Feb 8 1810 instituted . I would really enjoy finding out the date and information about the lodge which is 172 and the age of this relic .

I posted it in the what is it section but only one reply , so thanks for looking !

its an embossing stamp,to emboss "seal",on paper. Its likely one of a kind.I have dug them and they are cool!!They went into a stamp, which had a handle that would press the symbol into the paper
