Cheap Salvage Vessel for sale

I saw this boat on my local Craigslist and looks to be a decent platform for small-scale salvage operations.
The vessel started as a 28' Luhrs but it looks like the guy did some customization to make it a commercial fisher. Good bones either way you look at it. If anyone is seriously interested in it, I'd be happy to drive over and take a look at it for you.
