I live in Chattanooga also mate, my son bought me a MD for Christmas and I love it. I, like you have a pretty small list of placed to hunt but I keep doing research and hope to find a place to look for Civil War relics.

I am a Chattanooga civil war relic hunter. Most of the relic hunting occured in the 70's 80's and 90's and most of the well known hunters have gotten old. I have and my knees are worn out but would be glad to advise and consult with you anytime. I like to hunt too but cant walk very far. Call me anytime and we can discuss places to hunt
